For the person approving the spend
We have been running these rooms since 2012. Your price covers the full production: host, crew, set, screens, sound, prizes, delivery, setup and breakdown, and the final number is confirmed in writing before you book. We run team building all year, and holiday entertainment for the season.

FAQS – How Booking Works
How far ahead should we book?
Most groups book 4 to 8 weeks ahead, and shorter notice often works when the date is free. Holiday season: entertainment is usually booked last, after the venue and catering, so short notice is normal for us (we need at least 72 hours). December 9 to 18 is the most requested window and those dates can already be booked, so send your date as soon as you know it.
What sizes do you do?
20 to 300+. Small groups get more direct play time; large crowds get our PlayPad audience-response system so nobody sits out.
Where do you travel?
All of NJ + NY metro + New York State + Connecticut. Outside that radius? Ask your rep for more details.
Indoor or Outdoor Games?
Both. We just need power and a flat surface or stage. We’ve done ballrooms, conference centers, parks and beaches; we’ve done all of it.
