We have been running these rooms since 2012. Your price covers the full production: host, crew, set, screens, sound, prizes, delivery, setup and breakdown, and the final number is confirmed in writing before you book. We run team building all year, and holiday entertainment for the season.

Engaging 30 people is different from commanding a room of 200. Larger events may call for expanded technology, additional staff, different participation formats, and more production coordination so the entire audience stays in the game, not just a few volunteers.
Your estimate is based on your anticipated attendance range, not a final day-of headcount. From there, your event day, time, and game show selection fine-tune the final number.

Is game show pricing based on each person?
No. Pricing is based on your anticipated group-size range, event length, day, time, location, the game show you choose, and production requirements. The slider gives you an approximate number, and your final price is confirmed before your event is booked.
What is the difference between the 60- and 90-minute experience?
The 60-minute experience delivers a complete, fast-paced game show that fits a tight event schedule. The 90-minute experience adds more gameplay, more competition, and more audience involvement.
Why is the slider price an estimate?
The slider gives you a quick starting point based on your group size. Your final price depends on your event day, time, the game show you choose and your budget. We customize every show and can scale it up or down to fit your number. Travel outside our core NJ, NYC and CT service area, extensive customization, lodging, multiple event spaces, specialized equipment or additional staffing may require a custom proposal.
What if my budget doesn't match the slider?
Reach out anyway. Many planners come to us with a number that doesn’t line up exactly with the slider, and that’s a normal part of planning. Tell us your budget, group size and date, and we’ll be upfront about what we can build for it, whether that’s a different show length, format or timing. Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required. Your event date is reserved once the performance agreement has been signed and returned.

Yes. Half-day and full-day team building programs are available for groups that want a bigger event than a single show. Pricing is custom, so contact a rep to plan your day and get a proposal.
Do you offer multi-event pricing?
Organizations planning multiple confirmed events may request a custom multi-event agreement. Pricing depends on the number of events, locations, dates, and production requirements.
