Do we need to hire a venue?
No, and that is usually the biggest saving. We host in your own office. If you would rather be offsite we will work in a hotel, a restaurant or a private room, but nothing about the show requires it.
Which parts of New York do you cover?
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, plus Westchester and Long Island. We also serve New Jersey and Connecticut, so companies with sites on both sides of the river can run the same event at each.
How far ahead should we book an NYC date?
Most groups book 4 to 8 weeks ahead, and shorter notice often works when the date is free. For December parties, book 6 to 8 weeks ahead. There is no deposit required to hold a date, so there is no reason to wait for the budget to be signed off before checking availability.
How many people can play in NYC?
Groups of 20 to 300+ play together in one room, and larger groups are available by custom quote. Nothing splits your team into separate rooms.
